Ryan founded Essential Inspection LLC (of Lawrence, KS) in 2009, with extensive Building Science Training he became one of the first HERS Energy Rater Auditors in Kansas. Over the next couple years, he performed thousands of energy audits for state and local utility programs. Upon achieving the status of Master Building Inspector, Ryan expanded his focus to specialize in Whole House and Environmental Inspections. After 16+ years of experience and more than 10,000 fee-paid inspections completed, Ryan sought a new challenge to continue growing professionally and advancing his expertise. Today Ryan is the CEO of Remote Virtual Inspector, Remote Mold Consultant and Remote Asbestos consultant. He and his team of Remote Inspectors are continually advancing the field of remotely performed inspection services.
